When you contact II via social media, we process your personal data in order to answer your questions and to respond to your messages. Personal data includes (user)name; contact details; data you have included in your message to Innovation Industries. The legal basis is legitimate interest (i.e., our business interest) and we retain information 1.5 years.
C) To respond to your request for funding. If you share with us information about your enterprise in the context of possible funding, we process your personal data in order to respond to your request. Also, based on your consent, we file the information so as to be able to properly respond to any future requests. Personal data includes (user)name; contact details; data you have included in your message to Innovation Industries. The legal basis is legitimate interest (i.e., our business interest) and we retain information for the time it takes us to respond to your request or (based on your consent) 5 years.

Personal data includes name; date of birth; personal data involved in any correspondence with us; your CV and any other information you provide to us in support of an application and/or the application process, such as a written motivation or references; assessments and interview notes; identity and nationality information (e.g., passport). The legal basis is legitimate interest (i.e., our commercial interest) and we retain information for 4 weeks after the application process has been formally concluded (your application is unsuccessful, you decline our offer, or you withdraw from the process).

We will always ask your consent to keep your personal data for a longer period of time. The legal basis is consent and we retain information for 1 year after the application process has been formally concluded.

When we consider an investment in your company, II processes your personal data to perform due diligence. To enter into and maintain our relationship with you as a business partner. When we invest in your company, we process your personal data to be able to enter into a contract with you, to administer the contract as well as allow for its proper performance. Personal data includes name; contact details; your CV, background information and/or assessment; date of birth; any personal data included in shared documentation e.g., a business plan; identity and nationality information (e.g., passport). The legal basis is legitimate interest (i.e., our commercial interest), legal obligation, or performance of contract and we retain information for 2 years after termination of our business relationship, or 7 years (when the investment is rejected).
B) If you are a supplier of products and sercies. To assess and accept you as a business partner. We process your personal data or personal data of any of your employees for assessment and acceptance purposes, for example in order to confirm and verify your identity. To enter into and maintain our relationship with you as a business partner. We process your personal data for general administrative purposes. We also use your personal data to receive and administer your services or products and to otherwise execute our agreement. Personal data includes name; contact details; date of birth; personal data shared in any correspondence with us; CV; identity and nationality information (e.g., passport). The legal basis is legitimate interest (i.e., our commercial interest), legal obligation, or performance of contract and we retain information for 2 years after termination of our business relationship, or 7 years (when the partnership is rejected).
C) If you are a potential investor in our fund. II uses the information stored in its investor and business contacts database to send you suitable offers and to perform account management. Personal data includes name; contact details; information on your background and preferences; personal data shared in any correspondence with us. The legal basis is legitimate interest (i.e., our commercial interest) and we retain information for 7 years after your last contact with II.
D) If you are a potential investor in our portfolio companies. II uses the information stored in its investor and business contacts database to contact you about potentially relevant investments in our portfolio companies. Personal data includes name; contact details; information on your background and preferences; personal data shared in any correspondence with us. The legal basis is legitimate interest (i.e., our commercial interest) and we retain information for 2 years after termination of our business relationship, or 7 years after your last contact with II.

The legal basis is consent and/or legitimate interest (i.e., our commercial interest) and we retain information until you withdraw consent, for 2 years after termination of our business relationship, or 7 years after your last contact with II.
4.1 Access to your personal data within Innovation Industries.
We exchange your data for administrative purposes and so that we can have a complete overview of your contacts and contracts within Innovation Industries. We may also exchange your data to offer you a complete package of services and products. Innovation Industries employees are authorized to access personal data only to the extent necessary to serve the applicable purpose and to perform their jobs.
